Fire & Gold

INGREDIENTS:
• 50ml spiced rum
• 20ml fresh lime juice
• 15ml honey or ginger syrup
• Ginger beer (to top)
• Garnish: lime wedge & thin slice of fresh ginger

METHOD:
1. Shake the spiced rum, lime juice, and syrup with ice
2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
3. Top with ginger beer and stir gently
4. Garnish with lime and fresh ginger
