September Sunset

INGREDIENTS


50ml bourbon (or spiced rum for a twist)
20ml apple cider (fresh, not too sweet)
15ml Aperol (for a bittersweet citrus note)
15ml fresh lemon juice
10ml honey syrup (honey + hot water, 1:1)
A dash of cinnamon or nutmeg
Thin apple slice fan
Optional cinnamon stick


METHOD


Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake well until chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with the apple slice and (optionally) a cinnamon stick for aroma.
