Ingredients:

·         Fresh strawberries (3–4, hulled)

·         25ml strawberry liqueur or strawberry syrup

·         25ml gin or vodka

·         Prosecco (to top)

·         Ice

·         Fresh mint (to garnish)

Method:

1.      Muddle the fresh strawberries in a shaker until juicy.

2.      Add ice, strawberry liqueur (or syrup) and gin/vodka.

3.      Shake well for 10–15 seconds.

4.      Strain into a chilled flute glass.

5.      Top with chilled Prosecco.

6.      Garnish with a strawberry and a sprig of mint.
