The Highland Flame
Ingredients:
50ml Scotch whisky (blended or lightly peated)
15ml Drambuie
10ml fresh lemon juice
5ml honey syrup (1:1 honey & warm water)
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Method:
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
2. Shake hard for 10–12 seconds
3. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
Garnish:
Orange peel (express oils over the glass)
Optional: cinnamon stick or dehydrated orange slice
