The Mistletoe Sparkler
Ingredients (per serving):
35ml vodka (vanilla or regular)
20ml orange liqueur (Cointreau or Triple Sec)
50ml cranberry juice
10ml lime juice (freshly squeezed)
Dash of cinnamon syrup (or simple syrup with a pinch of cinnamon)
Top with prosecco or champagne
Method:
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add vodka, orange liqueur, cranberry juice, lime juice, and cinnamon syrup.
3. Shake well until chilled.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe or flute glass.
5. Top with prosecco or champagne for a festive sparkle.
Garnish:
A few fresh cranberries
A small sprig of rosemary (looks like mistletoe!)
Optional: dust the rim with edible gold sugar for a luxury touch
