Fire & Gold
INGREDIENTS:
50ml spiced rum
20ml fresh lime juice
15ml honey or ginger syrup
Ginger beer (to top)
Garnish: lime wedge & thin slice of fresh ginger
METHOD:
Shake the spiced rum, lime juice, and syrup with ice.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
Garnish with lime and fresh ginger.
