The Highland Flame
INGREDIENTS
50ml Scotch whisky (blended or lightly peated)
15ml Drambuie
10ml fresh lemon juice
5ml honey syrup (1:1 honey & warm water)
2 dashes Angostura bitters
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake hard for 10–12 seconds.
Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
GARNISH
Orange peel (express oils over the glass).
Optional: cinnamon stick or dehydrated orange slice.
