Ingredients:
• 40ml gin
• 20ml elderflower liqueur
• 30ml fresh strawberry purée
• 10ml fresh lemon juice
• Prosecco (to top)
• Fresh mint
• Ice

Method:

• Shake gin, elderflower liqueur, strawberry purée, and lemon juice with ice.

• Strain into a glass over ice

• Top with prosecco

• Garnish with mint & strawberry
