Ingredients:
• 40ml gin (or vodka)
• 20ml elderflower liqueur
• 25ml fresh lemon juice
• 15ml honey syrup
• 1 egg white (optional for a silky foam)
• Soda water
• Ice

 Method:

• Dry shake all ingredients (no ice)

• Add ice & shake again until chilled

• Strain into a tall glass

• Top with soda water

• Garnish & enjoy
