Ingredients

·         Peach purée or peach juice

·         Fresh lemon juice

·         Alcohol-free ginger beer

·         Ice

Method

1.      Fill a glass with ice.

2.      Add peach purée and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.

3.      Top with alcohol-free ginger beer.

4.      Stir gently to combine.

5.      Garnish with a peach slice or a twist of fresh ginger.
