Pumpkin Patch Martini
INGREDIENTS
40ml vanilla vodka
25ml pumpkin purée (or pumpkin spice syrup)
20ml Baileys (or other cream liqueur)
10ml maple syrup
Ice
Whipped cream (for topping)
Grated nutmeg
Mini candy pumpkin (for garnish)
METHOD
Add vanilla vodka, pumpkin purée, Baileys, and maple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the mixture is smooth.
Fine strain into a chilled martini glass.
Top with a swirl of whipped cream and dust lightly with grated nutmeg.
Garnish with a mini candy pumpkin on the rim for a festive finish.
