INGREDIENTS

50ml vanilla vodka
25ml black raspberry liqueur (e.g., Chambord)
50ml cranberry juice
15ml fresh lime juice
A splash of prosecco (optional, for sparkle)

METHOD

Rim a coupe or martini glass with black sugar.
Add vodka, raspberry liqueur, cranberry juice, and lime juice to a shaker with ice.
Shake well until chilled.
Strain into the prepared glass.
Top with a light splash of prosecco if you’d like it bubbly.
Garnish with a blackberry or edible flower, and serve immediately.

GARNISH

Black sugar rim (dip rim in lime juice then roll in black sanding sugar).
Fresh blackberry or edible flower.
Optional: a fake plastic spider on the rim for spooky flair.
