The Bonfire Spark

Ingredients (1 serving):
• 50ml spiced rum (or smoky whisky if you want extra depth)
• 20ml ginger liqueur (or ginger syrup if non-alcoholic)
• 15ml fresh lime juice
• 10ml honey syrup (1:1 honey + hot water)
• Dash of Angostura bitters
• Top with ginger beer (for fizz & warmth)

Method:
1. Add rum, ginger liqueur, lime juice, honey syrup, and bitters into a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
3. Top with ginger beer.
4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or dehydrated orange wheel or twist of orange peel
