Spiced Clementine & Ginger Fizz Pitcher

Ingredients:
• 250ml spiced rum (or dark rum)
• 150ml orange liqueur (like Cointreau or triple sec)
• 400ml fresh clementine juice (or orange juice)
• 200ml ginger beer (for fizz and spice)
• 150ml soda water or prosecco (optional, for extra sparkle)
• Juice of 1 lime
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• 1 clementine, thinly sliced
• 1 lime, thinly sliced
• Ice

Instructions:
1. Fill a large pitcher with ice.
2. Add the rum, orange liqueur, clementine juice, and lime juice. Stir to mix.
3. Top up with ginger beer and soda (or prosecco, if you want it boozy and bubbly).
4. Add garnish: sliced clementines, lime wheels, and cinnamon sticks.
5. Serve cold — it’s refreshing but still has that warming, spiced Christmas kick.
