Strawberry liqueur
Fresh strawberry muddle
Champagne

METHOD

Muddle fresh strawberries in the base of a flute or coupe.
Add strawberry liqueur.
Top gently with chilled champagne.
Lightly stir and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
