Ingredients:

·         Fresh strawberries (3–4 per drink)

·         50ml gin

·         25ml fresh lemon juice

·         15ml sugar syrup

·         Soda water (to top up)

·         Ice

For garnish:

·         Fresh mint sprigs

·         A whole strawberry

Method:
1. Muddle fresh strawberries
2. Add 50ml gin, 25ml lemon juice & 15ml sugar syrup
3. Shake with ice
4. Strain into a glass & top with soda
5. Garnish with mint & a juicy strawberry
