INGREDIENTS

Fresh strawberries (3-4 per drink)

50ml gin

25ml fresh lemon juice

15ml sugar syrup

Soda water (to top up)

Ice

GARNISH

Fresh mint sprigs

A whole strawberry

METHOD

Muddle fresh strawberries.
Add 50ml gin, 25ml lemon juice & 15ml sugar syrup.
Shake with ice.
Strain into a glass & top with soda.
Garnish with mint & a juicy strawberry.
