Sunrise Mimosa

Ingredients:

·         Chilled Prosecco or Champagne

·         Fresh orange juice

·         Grenadine syrup

·         Orange slice or cherry (garnish)

 

Method

1.      Fill a champagne flute halfway with chilled Prosecco or Champagne.

2.      Top up gently with fresh orange juice.

3.      Slowly drizzle a splash of grenadine down the side of the glass - it will sink and create a beautiful sunrise effect.

4.      Garnish with an orange slice or cherry.
