INGREDIENTS

35ml vodka (vanilla or regular)
20ml orange liqueur (Cointreau or Triple Sec)
50ml cranberry juice
10ml lime juice (freshly squeezed)
Dash of cinnamon syrup (or simple syrup with a pinch of cinnamon)
Top with prosecco or champagne

METHOD

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add vodka, orange liqueur, cranberry juice, lime juice, and cinnamon syrup.
Shake well until chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe or flute glass.
Top with prosecco or champagne for a festive sparkle.

GARNISH

A few fresh cranberries.
A small sprig of rosemary (looks like mistletoe!).
Optional: dust the rim with edible gold sugar for a luxury touch.
