INGREDIENTS

75ml mulled wine (warm or chilled)
50ml prosecco
10ml orange liqueur
Orange slice & star anise to garnish

METHOD

Pour chilled mulled wine into a wine glass with ice.
Add orange liqueur.
Top with prosecco.
Garnish with orange and star anise.
