From private garden parties to large outdoor concerts and festivals, our staging and outdoor event solutions can be tailored to events of all sizes.
We provide everything from simple stage trailers and modular gazebos to fully equipped concert stages, complete with sound, lighting, power, production support, and the necessary health and safety documentation.

As every event is unique, staging and outdoor event costs can vary depending on the size of the event, location, duration, technical requirements, and additional services required.
The following prices are intended as a guide only:
• 3m x 3m professional gazebo with weights – from £100 per day
• 8m x 10m inflatable igloo with solid flooring and gas heating – from £1,200 per day
• Truck stage package including 6-box PA system and sound engineer – from £1,600 per day
Suitable for solo artists, acoustic performers, DJs, and bands of up to four performers.
Larger staging solutions, concert stages, festival production packages, and bespoke event infrastructure are available upon request.
